Cancellations and refunds

1. Cancellations by OnOne Salsa or Class Instructor

In the rare event that a class must be cancelled, whether by OnOne Salsa or the class instructors, we will notify all affected participants as soon as possible via email and/or social media. Please ensure that your contact details are current and accurate.

Courses: A pro-rated refund will be issued at the end of the term for any cancelled sessions.

2. Cancellations Initiated by Customers

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while keeping our schedule running smoothly.

All course bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds may be available depending on when the cancellation is made. However, please note that workshop courses are strictly non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the first session begins by contacting us via email at hello@ononesalsa.com.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 5 days and 24 hours before the course start date, you will receive a partial refund of 65% of the course fee.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 24 hours of the course start time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, as there is not enough time to offer your spot to another dancer.

Once enrolled, you are expected to attend all sessions. Individual session cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted. Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

However, if you contact us before the start of the third class, we may be able to transfer your booking to another course. Subject to availability and any difference in course fees.

Instructors reserve the right to reassign a student to a different level, either higher or lower, based on their judgment of the student’s current skill level. This ensures that all students are placed in the most appropriate class for their learning and progress.

Cover Instructors

OnOne Salsa is responsible for securing suitable substitute instructors if they are unable to teach. Refunds will not be granted due to changes in teaching staff, except as outlined in our standard cancellation policy.

4-Class Pack

You can purchase the 4-class pack at the venue, The Mash House on Mondays, while classes are running. You’ll receive your tracking card immediately after your purchase.

Each 4-class pack is non-refundable and valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes must be used within this period. There's no need to book in advance, just come along and join the session.

After each class, your card will be stamped, so you’ll always know how many classes you have left in your pack. It is the student’s responsibility to bring the card to each class.

If you do not bring your card, the class cannot be validated using the 4-class pack, and you will be required to pay the drop-in rate of £12 for that session.

Drop-In Class

There's no need to book in advance, just come along and join the session. Drop-ins are available for selected levels (Intermediate and Advanced). Please check the timetable on Mondays for class availability. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to register and pay before the class begins. Payment is accepted at the venue, The Mash House, on the day.

Instructor Placement

Instructors reserve the right to reassign a student to a different level, either higher or lower, based on their assessment of the student’s current skill level. This ensures that all students are placed in the most appropriate class for their learning and progress.

Late Entry

We ask that you arrive in good time for all classes. Entry is generally permitted up to 15 minutes after the class has started, but this is at the discretion of the teacher.
Please note:

Admission is not guaranteed if you arrive late.
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to lateness.

Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all OnOne Salsa classes and courses are suitable for participants aged 18 years and over.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

By participating in our salsa courses and classes, you agree to do so at your own risk. Salsa dancing is a physical activity that may involve the risk of injury. We strongly recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before joining if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. The instructors and organisers of OnOne Salsa are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during participation in our classes, courses, or events.

By attending, you confirm that you are fit to participate and understand the risks involved.
